Tell Augusta: A Tax Hike & Flavor Ban Will Hurt Local Businesses!

The Maine Legislature is considering a proposal that would increase Maine’s cigarette excise tax by $1.50 per pack, with similar increases on dip and vapor products. On top of that, they’re also considering a complete ban on all flavored tobacco products—this includes all flavored dip, cigars, and vapor in addition to menthol cigarettes.

The combination of the tax hike and the flavor ban being considered could devastate responsible retailers that sell tobacco products and put local jobs at risk!

It takes just 30 seconds to speak out. Tell Augusta to protect local businesses and OPPOSE these proposals today!
